GCU Racing Launch New Website

Today GCU Racing launch our brand new website. With our new website, we will be able to publish further content, improving our digital presence. With an improved digital presence we hope to be able to attract further students to the team to collaborate on projects related to their degree. We also hope our new digital presence will allow us to come across as a more professional team to hopefully open more pathways for the future.

In line with our new website, we strive to be more active on social media. In the last 2 weeks we have launched our YouTube channel. This will primarily be hosting our Karting Championship content. With planning being done in the new year for professional content relating to the team and it’s progress. The team also now has a TikTok account. Where our first 2 posts have done better than hoped. Our aim for this is to show more behind the scenes content and allow the viewer to get to know our team on a more personal level. We are also planning to increase our output on our pre-existing media channels.

This is the start of GCU Racing’s public push to compete at top of Formula Student in the UK. After making to Silverstone last year with a car built in 5 weeks, we are confident in our ability to challenge the rest of the grid. Since the morning after FS23 the team have been hard at work designing GCUR-002. With the deadline coming to our in-house design freeze, the team continue to put in the shifts designing this years car.
